GlycoFortin®: Ingredients List & Formula Details Explained

Updated 2026-10-01

The verified GlycoFortin label separates chromium from a 200 mg proprietary blend. One serving is a full dropper, 1 mL, and there are 30 servings in the bottle. There are 22 components inside the blend and 23 active entries when chromium is counted separately.

Chromium and the Botanical Components

Chromium is provided as chromium picolinate at 0.7 mcg, or 2% Daily Value. The quantity is in micrograms. The label does not place this amount inside the 200 mg blend total.

The botanical blend entries are maca root extract; grape seed extract; guarana seed extract; African mango seed extract; Siberian ginseng root extract; astragalus root extract; green tea leaf extract; gymnema leaf extract; Coleus forskohlii root extract; Capsicum annuum fruit extract; grapefruit fruit extract; and Panax ginseng aerial extract.

Plant parts help distinguish the entries. Grape seed and grapefruit fruit are different ingredients. Siberian ginseng is identified as Eleutherococcus senticosus, while the later Panax entry is printed with Panax quinquefolius in parentheses. That is the label’s exact botanical wording; the two entries should not be merged.

Other Active Blend Entries

The remaining blend components are raspberry ketones, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine base, beta-alanine, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, GABA (gamma amino butyric acid), L-ornithine HCL, L-tryptophan, and L-carnitine base. These names matter when reviewing the complete formula with a healthcare professional.

A proprietary blend declares a combined weight. It does not mean every ingredient contributes an equal share, and dividing 200 mg by 22 would not reveal the actual doses. No separate extract ratios, caffeine total, or individual amino-acid quantities are provided on this panel.

The Rest of the Liquid Formula

The other ingredients are glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid, and natural flavors. These appear outside the active blend, but they remain relevant to sensitivities and ingredient preferences.

The presence of guarana and green tea means caffeine-free status should not be assumed. Grapefruit also deserves an explicit mention during medication review. Read both the active and other-ingredient lists, rather than evaluating suitability from a botanical headline alone.

Using the Label to Compare Products

Compare serving size, exact ingredient forms, disclosed amounts, and directions together. A stand-alone ingredient study or a different supplement with a similar name does not establish the performance of this finished blend. The label supports an accurate description of what is included; it does not establish a guaranteed glucose result.
